[edit]Here are some papers I'm interested in exploring to add information to this page:
- - Complement in C3 Glomerulopathy. This could be a potentially interesting addition to the page as it discusses a disease application of complement and C3b. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25929733
- -Complement and Platelet interactions. I selected this paper because I would like to incorporate complement's in vivo interactions, particularly how complement and platelets regulate each other. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25886718
- -Complement Regulator CD46. This review discusses how self cells protect against complement, specifically C3b components, and what happens when those protection molecules are mutated. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26054645
- -Structural Insights on Complement Activation. This paper gives excellent information about the biochemical reactions occurring in the complement cascade, specifically C3b. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26250513
