Needs more about accessibility issues and blocking tools
[edit]Web animation can trigger migraines and, for some people, seizures, so it's important to discuss accessibility issues and blocking tools. 108.45.79.25 (talk) 23:23, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
- Certainly an important topic to cover, but perhaps it belongs higher in the 'tree of generalness' -- both because the issues you've described aren't specific to animations created with CSS, but rather pertain to animation on the web in general (which is also done using JS and, for the moment anyway, SMIL); and because CSS animations in turn are not specific to HTML documents / things served over the internet. 2601:182:C101:4823:5121:F22F:E585:ACD5 (talk) 05:18, 31 July 2016 (UTC)
