Kongming's archive has information on Cai Yong in Luo Guanzhong'S historical novel. SarazynTALKDE 08:41, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Date of birth

[edit]

Any citations for 132 as his year of birth? A quick look at some of the article sources seem to indicate 133 as more probable. --Ranveig (talk) 14:52, 19 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Rafe de Crespigny's A Biographical Dictionary of Later Han to the Three Kingdoms (23-220 AD) has 132 as his birth year (page 29), should both years be listed then? _dk (talk) 21:50, 19 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I have a few suggestions or information that I couldn't find in the article and I hope this could serve as feedback to improve the article. In the article it mentions that Cai Yong had children and this can be found in the family section, therefore the wife could also be added. Also, in the article it states that Wan Yun had denied Cai Yong and his reason is put in quotes because it's the exact words of Wan Yun, therefore there should be a link or source before the quote is introduced to let the viewer know where this information came from. Hope this suggestions help. Thank you IrongamePro (talk) 21:19, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
