Unnoteable/unremarkable

It seems that this article is riddled with unnoteable (e.g., stores within the city) and unverified (e.g., birthplace of fruit cocktail) statements. Marking as appropriate. I'll start removing unremarkable comments if no further comments show up here under discussion.
