Innaccuracy
[edit]The article states "with the names of the rulers written mostly in Latin script, and more rarely in Greek.[10]" Footnote 10 refers to this document: http://cat.essex.ac.uk/reports/CAR-report-0004.pdf The document does not make any reference to rulers written in Greek script. 81.109.35.236 (talk) 23:27, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
Inaccuracy
[edit]This article opens with an obvious inaccuracy. "The first coins to be minted in Europe were by the Celts and by Philip II of Macedon." No, coins were minted in Greece, which is in Europe, long before Philip II's reign. For example the "Tetradrachm of Athens" fifth Century BCE. See Ancient Greek coinage to clarify. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.193.61.125 (talk) 13:31, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
