Consensus to Merge

Hi all, I believe this article (and Centre for Mined Land Rehabilitation) should be merged with the Sustainable Minerals Institute due to the article being just a department of the institute. This article can just be a sub-section within the "Centres" section on the Sustainable Minerals Institute page. I have made a rough draft here showing what I mean.
