This article is not far above a stub. However, I awarded it Start Class based on its fairly good history section, and the presence of a reference. As for the importance, the city described in the article affected the entire East Asian region in the past, so it seemed to qualify for Mid importance. --Danaman5 02:22, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
