Article on Charles Richey

This article says very little about the judicial record of federal district court judge Charles Richey, and what it does say is misleading and unfair. The article focuses on one decision in which Judge Richey allegedly was in cahoots with the Nixon Administration. It doesn't mention that Judge Richey ruled against Nixon in a landmark decision involving the papers and tape recordings of the Nixon administration. Beyond that, federal judges like Judge Richey decide hundreds or thousands of cases in their time on the bench. To focus on one decision, and to use the discussion of that decision to imply that the judge was biased or corrupt, is misleading and very unfair.Spoonma1 (talk) 03:58, 20 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

World War II service

Although Richey served in the Army Corps of Engineers during the World War II era, there are no reliable sources found as of yet that state he was in a war zone during the war or had a role in the war. More specifically, the sources do not establish defining role in World War II. Accordingly, "Category:United States army personnel of World War II" was removed until a defining role is established.
