Cleanup

[edit]

I removed the reference to a baked dish in the UK, which was clearly confused with crumble. Don't know if it makes sense to merge in Charlotte russe as an attempt to make a bigger, more comprehensive article. FlagSteward 15:55, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article should definitely be merged with the 'Charlotte russe'. A russe is typically made with more fruit to make it lighter, but the charlotte name has been adopted for all types, especially those in the US. 'Charlotte russe' should be kept as the full name with 'Charlotte' linking to the same article. Ggally (talk) 21:55, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

The article seem to be US usage. In the UK charlotte is normally like this:

- i.e. like crumble but made with breadcumbs?? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.107.38.7 (talk) 22:05, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
