Spelling

The article title uses Ch, but the IAST uses C and much of the text on the page uses C. It seems like the article should be consistent. From the perspective of somebody who doesn't know beans about the matter, it seems like if it's a Sanskrit word and there's a standard transliteration of Sanskrit, the standard transliteration should be used. Misaligned picture

The yogi in the picture has allowed her shoulders to drop below her elbows, which could result in rotator cuff injury.
