Regarding the speedy deletion proposal

If this is substantially similar to a previous version it would be a pretty strange coincidence, as I just wrote it myself, without having any access to the previous versions. As for notability, just look at What links here - there are still a good number of links referencing him. And I'd prefer to just start a stub and let other people contribute more information, instead of having to write an entire article myself.
