My check

I filed a claim for total hip surgery. My chec was issued on Aug. 17. I filled out all the necessary paperwork including my direct deposit and copy of my bank check. Instead they claim to have sent it by mail. I have not gotten my check..my rent was due 2 days ago. I've maid multiple calls with no help. I need my check.
