This is not a redundant page. It is an office that only exists in certain states. Various states have various prosecutorial systems. Some are statewide, some are local. Some have only statewide prosecutors. Some only elect city or county prosecutors. A few elect this particular office by judicial circuits.

What reason is there to delete this content, which does not apply to all prosecutors, and fold this in with a generic article on 'prosecutors'? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.224.114.117 (talkcontribs) 02:11, 9 January 2006

Whoever put this in the category "District Attorneys" was mistaken. This article does not belong in that category. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.16.185.42 (talkcontribs) 16:06, 26 August 2006

Also, whoever edited the page to include Pennsylvania and Massachusetts has no idea about this topic, as neither of those states have these offices (despite being self-styled Commonwealths). Leave the editing to someone who knows something about the topic, please, and desist from speculating. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.224.117.211 (talkcontribs) 00:38, 28 December 2006
