Pre-Monument Appearance

[edit]

Can a photo of Rushmore before construction began be found for this page? CFLeon (talk) 20:00, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Size of model?

[edit]

The article says that Borglum invented a machine to scale up 12:1 from his model. How big was his model? (Obviously one can extrapolate that the model is larger than life) --RealGrouchy (talk) 02:05, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Title

[edit]

Am I alone in thinking that the title is rather strange? The Mount Rushmore Memorial may have been 'constructed', but Mount Rushmore itself certainly wasn't. AndyTheGrump (talk) 18:48, 10 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
