Cancon
[edit]A notable feature of Finkelman's 45s, at least in later seasons, was performances from live recording sessions wherein new versions of old standards were recorded. I am wondering whether this was a means to get aound the so-called cancon regulations. There was not a lot of original Canadian material from the period Finklemans show featured. This would surely be one clever way to meet the quota. Verne Equinox 16:42, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
Disagreements
[edit]This page and Finkleman's 45s disagree about what firm he was/is a stockbroker at. I do not know which is accurate. Dehbach (talk) 03:05, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
