[edit]I have created a temporary subpage about David Malloy which does not have any copyright infringement. I am in the process of getting some additional licensed source information from David Malloy to further develop the page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Honkytonkcentral (talk • contribs) 22:19, 23 February 2009
- Thank you for addressing these copyright concerns. I have moved the temporary space into the article space pending verification of permission through the OTRS process. However, this article is in need of additional reliable sources that are not connected to the artist (such as his official site or press releases) to verify notability. If you have access to newspaper or magazine articles, for instance, these area usually ideal. For Wikipedia's concerns, official releases are not considered reliable for verifying an artist's accomplishments, since they may be biased. We try to achieve neutrality here, which can be a challenge for official sources and also for individuals who are connected to an article's subject. (If you are connected to Malloy, please be particularly careful in editing the article.) You may wish to read over the guidelines and policies tucked behind the wikilinks for further information. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:43, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
