Correcting the chronology

The second Deputy Prime Minister was Nicolas Mikhael Ghosn (1883-1955), who held office in 1945. His son was Fouad Nicolas Ghosn (1911-1984), who was Deputy Prime Minister in 1955 and again during successive intervals up until 1973. The list does not differentiate between them accurately.
