Is this real? “Moore is also the creator of various stews and soups”. Seems like a jest.

I have removed the prod warning because it is uncalled for. This writer's significance is evident in that he's published 5 books over a decade (staying power) with both university and quality trade presses, published more than 1,000 pages of prose (he's prolific), and teaches at one of the country's finest schools for journalism and writing (he's vetted as a legitimate academic). He is most certainly as worthy of inclusion in “Wikipedia” as thousands of other practitioners in their respective fields. Finally, “Contemporary Authors” is the most trustworthy source of bio information on authors in the library community. That citation, and the supporting bibliography, make this entry both reasonable, well sourced, and helpful to readers of Wikipedia who need deeper information on contemporary writers.Rudowsky (talk) 14:33, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
