Worldview
[edit]Australia utilises Director's Reports too, see for example:
- CPA Australia (October 2014), A Guide to Understanding Annual Reports (PDF), p. 7
I am not sure how to include into the article in its current form, I think it needs a significant structural change to encompass a broader worldview.

Use of Apostrophe
[edit]The use of the apostrophe varies throughout the article between Director's and Directors'.
Presumably there is need to clarify if there is one Director (in which case it is the Director's report) or many Directors (in which case it is the Directors' report). The article generally seems to refer to the board of Directors, in which case the use of "Directors'" throughout seems most appropriate.
Any other thoughts on consistency?
