I do agree that it looks like the article was written by him or at least by family/friends, and it may need to be revised and cleaned up a bit. That said, after tonight, this fighter is clearly noteworthy now, so the noteworthy tag on the front page arguably should be removed if we can reach consensus on that. He recorded one of the fastest finishes by a debut UFC fighter tonight in spectacular fashion, and will likely be relevant in the UFC going forward. Aaron north (T/C) 02:35, 26 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The noteworthy tag is placed there as MMA fighters needed to have 3 fights under tier 1 promoter, such as UFC, to be considered notable as per the the guideline of WP:MMABIO.
