subject is truly "notable"?

[edit]

is dorothy cullman truly notable enough for wikipedia? after reading her obituary in the new york times (printed edition, wednesday, april 8, 2009), it would seem that her huband lewis b. cullman is the one who is noteworthy (it appears he made the money) . her involvement was primarily giving away their money (with his involvement and generally both names attached). the obit indicates she was a producer of "three installments of the pbs series "great performances". what that truly functioning as a "producer" or a euphemism for "underwriter"?

article as it stands right now is tepid on notability in my views. talks about giving away money (which could be notable) but fails to indicate source of that wealth.--71.183.238.134 (talk) 04:15, 10 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
