Early Life
Doug Mastriano did not grow up in Hightstown, NJ. He was from Roosevelt, NJ, and his family lived down the street from me on Lake Drive. After attending Roosevelt Public School (RPS) for the primary grades, he most likely did attend Hightstown High School (HHS), as did most of us graduating RPS - it was the closest high school even though it was in another county: Roosevelt, formerly Jersey Homesteads, is in Monmouth Co., while HHS is in Mercer Co.
