It isn't. It's a polar vortex. Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, and Titan also have ones, but this only this one is stronger. the Dragon Storm is more like an oval on Jupiter. I've read in an encyclopedia about an anticyclonic storm on Saturn called Anne's Spot, also in the southern hemisphere. I don't know if it's the same one. Is this one cyclonic or anticyclonic?213.42.21.150 10:46, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
