Request for source
[edit]I have asked for a source (WP:RS) for the statement that the play was a "commercial success"; possibly there was an article about the play "recouping", or something similar. I will check later on today to see if I can find anything to verify. Flami72 (talk) 13:47, 28 December 2015 (UTC)
- Greenberg himself said that the play lost money -- referring to the Broadway run, apparently. Here in the Los Angeles Times: Playwright Is at Home With 'The Extra Man' : * Theater: Richard Greenberg says he's more comfortable with the 'leveled-off,' less moneyed characters of his latest work, which opens at South Coast Repertory next week October 17, 1991, by Jan Herman. - I removed the "commercial success", unsourced, especially considering the above quote. Flami72 (talk) 14:58, 16 December 2016 (UTC)
