Recency

[edit]

As most of the information is from 1984, many sections need to be updated using more recent sources, especially the sections about wildlife. Many species have increased or decreased since the 1980s. Wildernest42 (talk) 23:51, 5 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Greenback cutthroat trout

[edit]

Much of the information under Greenback cutthroat trout is outdated and therefore inaccurate. Editors should find more recent sources and use more recent information when editing this section. —Wildernest42 (talk) 12:15, 5 January 2017

Yes: the sources that Stohlgren relies on date back to the 1980s. We can delete that section. —hike395 (talk) 13:07, 6 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Geographical balance: Canadian Rockies

[edit]

A large fraction of this initial article was taken verbatim from a public domain source (the USGS). Thus, it is biased towards the ecology of the United States Rocky Mountains and does not have good information on the Canadian Rockies. Editors are welcome to add or correct information to provide geographical balance. —hike395 (talk) 13:35, 22 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
