POV check
[edit]While Edward B. Miller is unquestionably verifiable and notable enough to deserve an encyclopedia entry, this one needs some work. It's not a good idea to have an article on a person consisting solely of corruption allegations, well-founded though they might be. We need some background information on Miller.
