Is 17 February 1984 his birthdate?

On his Facebook post dated 17 February 2023, he mentioned:

"Celebrating my 39th birthday today and feeling immensely grateful for the blessings of life. As I reflect on my 30s, two pivotal moments stand out that have reshaped the course of our (me and my wife) lives - embracing fatherhood and serving as an MP for fellow Singaporeans."
