Talk:Einstürzende Neubauten logo
On the French language version of this page, an interview in French with band-member Alex Hacke specifies the sun-symbol element of the logo, but I am having difficulty in pasting this reference to the English language version of the page, (some glitch on the English language version has ruined the links to that interview?)
This source from the French language version of this page clearly refers to ‘Le Glyphe Chinoise,’ but had been misattributed as Olmec, even tho the text says Chinese: ↑ Inge Schwarz-Winklhofer et Hans Biedermann, Le Livre des Signes et des Symboles : Les 1500 symboles qui ont accompagné l'histoire de l'homme, Jacques Grancher, 1er février 1992 (ISBN 978-2733903469, lire en ligne), p. 60
Is there any reason why this info can't be incorporated into the main article? C1k3 (talk) 23:02, 7 March 2010 (UTC)
- I don't see why not. There's certainly room. But let's drop the section on tattoos. Gobonobo T C 23:40, 7 March 2010 (UTC)
- Agreed. Let's wait another 24 hours to allow for counterargument. C1k3 (talk) 04:11, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
- Just more agreement here; this is not notable in itself nor is it encyclopedic in style. Incorporate into the logo section of the band's article, and delete this one. I may tackle this myself if I get the time. /ninly(talk) 14:53, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
- Some tatoo information is sourced with references and pertinent, to illustrate the logo scope or diffusion. So, please be careful when you cleanup the article, to keep the relevant part of the section. --Dereckson (talk) 22:17, 9 October 2010 (UTC)
