Apparent abuse of this article for promotional purposes
I looked up this topic because I just received spam email soliciting donations for this organization. Looking at the version history of this article, it appears that the organization might be using other dubious PR techniques as well: Much of it was written by a user whose name matches that of a Programme Assistant at EIFL and whose only interest in Wikipedia seems to consist in editing this article to promote the organization (e.g. inserting links to its website in violation of Wikipedia's guidelines on external links, or adding advertising-like language praising "EIFL’s unique approach" and self-congratulating it on having "been effective in helping libraries to overcome the challenges they face.") I have cleaned up some issues, but the article should be completely rewritten using reliable sources that are independent of its subject, and observing Wikipedia's guidelines and advice about conflict of interest editing.
