Synonym of E. viridis
[edit]This species is accepted by the World Checklist of Selected Plant Families but the Australian Plant Census lists it as a synonym of E. viridis.[1] I would prefer to use APC as the authority on eucalypts and to change the List of Eucalyptus species accordingly. Keen to know whether @Hughesdarren: or @Casliber: in particular have an opinion on this proposal. It would mean that this species (and probably others) would become redirects. It would also simplify the listing of some species, such as E. alatissima that are not accepted by WCSP at present. Gderrin (talk) 06:35, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
- Fine by me, I don't really have an opinion either way. Most of the Eucalypts that I wrote articles for were just redlinks that needed to be filled. Cheers Hughesdarren (talk) 09:13, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
