Plot is seriously incorrect

I made a small edit to clarify the remarkable ending of the original story two years ago. The plot at that time was correct. It is now pretty extensively wrong. I can only guess that it has been changed to reflect a later movie adaptation. I don’t know when this happened, but I suggest reverting back to two years ago. The time machine only had to go back to March of this year. The big changes were made in May by two IPs. Clarityfiend (talk) 09:26, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
