This Article Is Notable

[edit]

This article is notable in the fact that I attended, and I am quite a notable person, I'll have you know.

This school actually uses Linux! Hurrah!

[edit]

Yes, it's been featured on the "Working Lunch" program a while ago, and they're using KDE desktops with a BLADE server processing most of the kernel tasks. Good show, great to see it happening :-) ♥♥ ΜÏΠЄSΓRΘΠ€ ♥♥ slurp me! 11:12, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Name

[edit]

Is the school named after the River Orwell or George Orwell? SpeakFree (talk) 15:52, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Given that the river has it's mouth at Felxistowe (and that the other high school in Felixstowe is called Deben and that's also the name of a river which has it's mouth at Felixstowe) I very strongly suspect it's the former. Blue Square Thing (talk) 20:44, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
