Major update

I've done a fair bit of improvement on the article, but there is still room for more:

1) The article for Newt got waxed a while back - now we just need to figure out whether to redirect that to Haujobb, redirect that here and expand Newt into a section, or try and resurrect the article. 2) Andreas has consistently been circumspect in interviews about the names of other band members, and I can't find any credits, but it would be nice if they had names. 3) Does anyone have a non-copyrighted, original picture of Andreas?
