Development, wikiprojects?

Hi Asiaticus, thank you for creating this article, which I noticed because it must link to some article or another that I created, so showed up in my "notices". Hey, is this road entirely in New Mexico? I think the article currently not clear about what states it is in. It mentions other roads going off to Texas and elsewhere, but I am understanding this road does not itself go into Texas, is that right?
