Garden Island (Launceston) → Garden Island (Tamar River) – Garden Island is not close to Launceston, and is located in the Tamar River. Please discuss at Wikipedia:Australian Wikipedians' notice board#Garden Island (Launceston). Jack N. Stock (talk) 04:31, 15 January 2018 (UTC)--Relisting. samee talk 07:43, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
- @Samee:, wouldn't it be better if it was Garden Island (Clarence Point)? This modified name would be better. Artix Kreiger (talk) 02:33, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
- Please explain at Wikipedia:Australian Wikipedians' notice board#Garden Island (Launceston) why you think Garden Island (Clarence Point) would be better. Thanks! Jack N. Stock (talk) 03:51, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
- I do like the (Tamar River) disambiguator better, as that river is much better known than Clarence Point. Note that this place is no longer an island, but landfill connected to the shore. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:17, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
