One piece of information that could support the dictator theory could be the Corneria emblem which features three red stars. A red star is the symbol of Communism and can be seen on the flags of other communist nations. Also considering that General Pepper's uniform is red could be some similarity of the Soviet Red army, combined with these symbols.

Should this be removed? It is just speculation and I don't think that the symbols pertain to Communism. Thunderbrand 02:08, August 30, 2005 (UTC)
