Soldiers as heroes trivia needs citation or deletion

[edit]

The trivia line: "Has written that we're wrong to think of America's soldiers as "heroes," because they're really just "white trash idiots" who joined the military out of necessity." needs to be cited or deleted. Google shows nothing. 130.154.0.250 22:44, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That bit was gone as of January 2008 when I did some major work on the article. 67.100.123.66 (talk) 22:50, 23 January 2008 (UTC).[reply]

Personal life

[edit]

In the section on George Meyer's personal life, one sentence says that he lives in Seattle and another sentence says that he lives in the Santa Monica mountains. This apparent conflict needs to be corrected or clarified.

Well spotted. The Seattle mention was from a new(er) source, added at a later date from when I originally wrote the article, so I guess I forgot the Santa Monica mention was there. Thanks. Gran2 22:12, 14 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bibliography

[edit]

I have commenced a Bibliography section using cite templates. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. This is a work in progress; feel free to continue.
