Page move?

[edit]

@DBigXray: You just moved this article from Gilly (A Song of Ice and Fire) per this "uncontroversial" request from The Optimistic One. I'm not sure I understand the suggestion that there is "No need to have the name of the book series in the pages name" when there also exists Gilly (Saturday Night Live) and several others entries with surnames at Gilly (disambiguation)#Fictional characters. Gilly (character) is completely ambiguous, and was properly disambiguated before the move. Have we established somewhere that Game of Thrones Gilly is the primary topic and there is no chance of confusion?— TAnthonyTalk 05:31, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@The Optimistic One: was there a WP:PRIMARYTOPIC discussion ? I am neutral to this move request that I handled from WP:RMT. If it is deemed controversial, I am ready to revert back and allow a WP:RM discussion to decide the RM. regards. --DBigXray 06:00, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@DBigXray: No there wasn't, but I assumed it would be uncontroversial, revert back and allow a WP:RM discussion to take place. The Optimistic One (talk) 17:10, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the reply, lets wait to hear what Tanthony has to say. --DBigXray 17:17, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Gilly (character)Gilly (A Song of Ice and Fire) – There are many characters named Gilly. Gilly (character) and Gilly (Character) should redirect to Gilly (disambiguation)#Characters. Serendipodous 22:38, 2 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
