In a comic

[edit]

Greet Street is prominently featured in the comic book 'Planetary' written by Warren Ellis. Issue number seven, the first month of the new millenium. Lots42 (talk) 18:11, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Office space

[edit]

I have removed the phrase regarding Reflex, a managed office provider added by IP editor 54.228.141.249 on 12 October 2013. Office space to rent in London, managed or otherwise, is not notable for inclusion in Wikipedia; I strongly suspect almost every street in Central London has some office space to rent! This would seem uncontroversial enough but now another IP, 195.54.237.26, has reinstated it on 14 October; the same IP has also added similar links to other streets where he/she has premises. I suspect the two IPs are the same user. The "reference" supplied makes no mention of Reflex, and in any case it is a street directory which allows free entries to anyone who submits the form - not really a strong indicator of notability. Rather than revert a 2nd time I have tagged it as a failed citation for now, and will await other editors' action for a couple of days. hopkins purvis

[edit]

Pizza Express 20, Greek street Soho, previous owners were Hopkins Purvis & Sons Colour merchants established 1811 until 1963. The crane was in use until approximately 1960 until ny restrictions forced the owners to fill in the grating to the right of the entrance with a permanent concrete and glass paving stone to fill the hole as can be seen today. I was once employed by this company. Anymore information required contact me 0706455594 (Sweden)Alan.
