Time period
[edit]Having been established in the 8th century (Nara period), this is not a Middle Ages topic. Medieval Japan extends from 1180-1600, roughly. LordAmeth (talk) 21:58, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
Guinness World Records
[edit]The article claims that Guinness World Records says this is the world's oldest hotel still in operation. But the Guinness World Records website actually says that the oldest is Nisiyama Onsen Keiunkan in Yamanashi, dating to 705 AD: http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/records-1/oldest-hotel/ --Zundark (talk) 14:05, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
