apts. in 404 S. Front st. Wheeling Island?
[edit]Victorian Homes on Wheeling Islands I lived on the lower level, front to the road. A make shift home of APARTMENTS. Was around 1969-1970 ?? I was going to W. Liberty College and had no money. It was a scary place to live !! I can't find any inside photos & it seems it was turned back into a single family home?
