I have found the following reliable source to reference this article: Fuller, J. L. & Denehy, G. E. (1977). Concise Dental Anatomy and Morphology (p. 50-51). U.S.A.: Year Book Medical Publishers, Inc. ISBN: 0-8151-3299

  • I have also found that the reference literature in most dental anatomy textbooks, uses the term "height of contour" or also termed "crest of curvature", rather than "height of curvature".--4tiggy (talk) 07:53, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
