[edit]I ran across this page and found it is out-of-date - Hexion Specialty Chemicals is now Momentive Specialty Chemicals, the result of an October 2010 M&A (it looks like Momentive Performance Materials Holdings LLC acquired Hexion, according to this site). My Wiki-fu is weak - my experience in page editing is limited to very simple and perfunctory corrections, and those were done a long time ago - so I'm leaving this note on the Discussion page for now, to make folks aware of the new information. I'll try to come back and do a right-and-proper editing job, unless one of you Wiki pros gets to it first. Sharl928 (talk) 21:01, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
Merge with Momentive Products article? Sandcherry (talk) 03:27, 12 June 2011 (UTC)
Momentive Specialty Chemicals has now spun off into two separate companies - Hexion Inc. and Momentive Performance Materials. 66.11.4.30 (talk) 15:46, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
Issues
[edit]The company is now owned by Westlake. I have updated and used some secondary sources rather than primary to reference. I also updated the history. GRALISTAIR (talk) 14:00, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
