Speaking of bias...
[edit]Somehow there's not even a single mention that this scheme was exclusively under Democrat politicians. Instead we get weasel wording about "current political power base" --- never mind that this was the exact same DEMOCRAT political machine that has run Chicago since 1931. Not a word that EVERY single corrupt politician involved was a Democrat.
