Proposal of renaming

"In the Name of People" includes a grammatical errors, while the correct version perhaps to be "In the Name of the People". See the relevant report： http://www.cnbc.com/2017/03/30/in-the-name-of-the-people-chinas-anti-graft-campaign-makes-it-to-the-small-screen.html So I suggest to rename the article.
