Drawbacks/controversy section

Based on the number of users trying to switch this mode off, or the blog articles teaching how to do it, the article probably needs this kind of section (drains battery unnecessarily, provokes system crashes, laptops can overheat if placed inside a bag, ...)

This feature aged poorly. It should have been mostly fixed by now, and S3 an equivalent but lesser legacy feature. But certain folks doubled-down on it by getting rid of S3, without fixing the problems. I guess the word "modern" should have been a red flag(marketing word). Implying that it isn't a downgrade update. It's actively regressive, so the word should probably be post-modern. :P There's been progress to at least get Microsoft to admit that it needs some fixes like not ignoring rather a power adapter is connected. 74.194.161.186 (talk) 15:39, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
