Classification of IITA & founding date

The founding date (1999) vs. the original claim (1992) I found here: http://www.nipa.kr/eng/aboutUs.it Similarly, as the websites don't seem to work and I can't find anything about IITA except on the NIPA site, I wonder if NIPA is the rebranded "IITA" or grown out of "IITA"? Which I unfortunately can't get an answer about on the above website. All of the hyperlinks need a fix! --Philipp Grunwald (talk) 19:08, 12 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
