The article currently reads like something I would find if I went to the About page of the subject's website. signed, Rosguill talk 19:54, 20 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

While reviewing this article, I checked the initial editor's talk page and noticed that they had disclosed that they had taken pay in exchange for creating this article. JWS89, while your disclosure on your talk page was the correct thing to do at the time, you are also required to make a disclosure on every affected page that you edit. I have added the appropriate template here, but as you have yet to name your actual employer, the template is incomplete. Pinging AfC reviewer 1292simon, in case they want to reconsider their decision to accept this article at AfC in light of this additional information. signed, Rosguill talk 20:13, 20 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Rosguill. Thanks for the ping. The author's behavior does seem suspicious to me: they made 4 relatively trivial edits (perhaps gaming the system to become Autoconfirmed), then acted as a WP:SPA to get this article published, and haven't been seen since. Regarding the content, I have no issue if you would like to draftify the article or apply CSD G11.

(To explain why I accepted the article, the previous reviewer indicated that the only unresolved issue was insufficient sources. The sources added since by the author were mostly reliable, so I accepted the draft. If I had declined it based on any other concerns of mine (e.g. notability), I think that would have undermined the previous reviewer's decision.) 1292simon, for what it's worth, JWS89 was fairly forthcoming when I asked them about paid editing way back when, so I wouldn't attribute this to nefarious intent...but yeah inasmuch as I usually don't do AfC work, my understanding was that usually people are encouraged to be more picky about getting articles to a properly neutral and encyclopedic state before accepting them from COI editors. signed, Rosguill talk 23:44, 20 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
