I moved this content from the main Weber article. The creator was an anon. My google and google scholar search have found no copy of this text, so I did not tag is at a copyvio. I do think that this article is fairly academic/NPOVed and contain useful info, and the references are impressive, but its needs wikifying. Wiki is no place for essays, so I hope sb manages to do sth with this article other then deletion. It would be a shame to waste it. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 17:24, 27 October 2005 (UTC)
- I am the author. I will revise the work. Specific criticism would be much appreciated. Thank you.Globalmccarthy 02:30, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- The primary problem is style: it reads like an essay and contains possible original research (see WP:NOT and WP:OR). It should be rewritten into an encyclopedic article.--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 20:12, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
- If we can clean it up we can consider merging it back into Max Weber. RJFJR (talk) 17:17, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
- No merger, that article is big enough as it is.--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 20:10, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

- I've linked the policy that is of primary concern: WP:OR.--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 07:31, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
I see a major issue is to provide a more matter-of-fact and neutral tone. I'll reduce the bias and secondary interpretation. I'll also study the Wiki guidelines more closely, to better avoid wasting both our time. The article may indeed require a significant restructuring. Thanks again for your attention and for your ongoing patience. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Room244 (talk • contribs) 08:16, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
- Take your time. You may get a better feeling of Wikipedia if you try contributing to some estabilished articles on the subjects of your interest. There are also many missing and requested encyclopedic articles, see for example the red links in List of sociology topics or Wikipedia:Requested_articles#Topic_areas_in_social_sciences.--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 19:37, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
