IMO this topic is borderline on wp:notability. I saw no wp:gng suitable sources, and I'd call it a maybe under the SNG. IMO he is the author of a wp:notable book which is (only) covered here. I'm marking it as reviewed without tagging it for wp:notability. If editors want to put this on firmer ground, suggest finding and adding 1-2 sources which have in-depth coverage of him.
